Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life you want to live? Maybe you’re a young adult grappling with anxiety, depression, or the stress of figuring out your next steps. Perhaps you’re part of a family struggling to communicate, or in a relationship where conflict seems to outweigh connection. These challenges can leave you feeling isolated, uncertain, and unsure of how to move forward.
You don’t have to face these struggles alone.
When life feels overwhelming—whether it’s due to anxiety, depression, major life transitions, or strained relationships—it can be hard to see a way forward.
Through a collaborative process, we’ll address challenges directly, build on your unique strengths, and develop practical strategies to create lasting change.
You deserve support that empowers you to navigate these struggles and move toward a more fulfilling, balanced life.
I can help.
With decades of experience in inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings, I bring a deep well of knowledge and a heartfelt commitment to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to face these struggles and how difficult it can be to take that first step toward seeking support.
I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can engage fully in the therapeutic process. Together, we’ll take a solution-focused approach to identify challenges, build on your strengths, and achieve meaningful results. By utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other proven techniques, we’ll craft a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs and aspirations.
At the heart of my practice is a dedication to empowering you to not only manage life’s difficulties but to truly thrive. Whether that means fostering stronger relationships, gaining control over your mental health, or rediscovering hope and purpose, my focus is on helping you move forward with confidence and resilience.
