Part-Time & Full Time
When you walk into the first session with your ideal client it feels incredible.
You LOVE doing therapy and you LOVE making a difference in the lives of those you serve. You are a licensed mental health professional, ethical, well trained, and you are pretty good with almost anyone that comes in the door, but with a select group of clients, you are truly GREAT!
You are searching for a clinical opportunity that is both rewarding and intellectually stimulating.
The problem is, in your current situation, you don't get to have those kinds of experiences. You know that you have more to offer and have been contemplating how you can better utilize your clinical skills. Perhaps you are working in a job that doesn’t allow you to tap into your full potential as a therapist. Or, maybe you decided to take some time off to be home with your children and are now looking for a way to return to clinical work on a part-time basis where you can make your own hours around your family’s schedule?
You've thought about working in private practice for some time now.
The truth is you don't want to be a business owner and you don’t want to carry the stress that comes with running a private practice. You get excited about talking to people, sharing what you do, and even enjoy giving a talk to the community from time to time, but you don't want to be bogged down with accounting, bookkeeping, business planning, creating a website and worrying about search engine optimization!
You'd really love to find a private practice where you can earn a generous rate - but even more than that - you’d like to feel like you are part of a truly awesome community of therapists.
You want to be excited about connecting with your colleagues in the practice and to be energized when working with your clients, knowing that at the end of the day you are making an impact.
If this sounds like you, send over your resume and a written (or video) cover letter to info@fvcounseling.com. Tell me about the true you, why you're looking for work in private practice right now, and why you think you’d be a great fit at Farmington Valley Counseling Center. Don’t forget to tell me all about your ideal clients and your clinical expertise, too.
Thank you for taking the time to explore this opportunity! I hope to connect with you soon!
