Our Ideal Candidate:
Licensed in CT (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, PsyD) with 3-5 years of clinical experience.
Ambitious, self-motivated, and independent, with exceptional clinical skills and a passion for helping clients thrive.
Strong communicator who excels at building positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Exceptional clinical skills with proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments, developing measurable treatment plans, and utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
Collaborative team player dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centered therapeutic services.
Skilled in using electronic health records (EHR) for efficient client documentation and scheduling.
Committed to professional growth and staying current with best practices through ongoing learning.
Expertise and passion for serving children, teens, and families, with evidenced-based treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, EFT, and/or mindfulness-based treatment approaches
