Big emotions, school stress, and social struggles don’t have to define your child’s story.
Growing up today isn’t easy. Kids and teens face constant pressure at school, challenges with friendships, and the stress of managing emotions they don’t yet know how to handle.
As a parent, it’s heartbreaking to see your child struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum challenges, or the impact of trauma. You may be getting calls from school, navigating IEPs or 504 plans, or dealing with daily battles at home—and wondering how to help.
What you want most is for your child to feel calmer, more confident, and connected. You want them to develop the skills to handle stress, build friendships, and succeed both in and out of school—and you want to feel supported and hopeful as a parent.
I CAN HELP.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified School Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with children, teens, and young adults in school, home, and clinical settings. My approach is warm, practical, and strengths-based.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS), trauma-informed care, social learning theory, and restorative practices.
I specialize in supporting children and adolescents with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum diagnoses, and trauma. I am especially passionate about helping teens with high-functioning autism develop social skills and improve peer and family relationships.
Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to each child’s needs. I meet clients where they are—whether that’s through individual counseling, family sessions, or group therapy—and create a safe, supportive environment where growth can happen.
I SUPPORT…
Children & Teens Navigating Big Emotions

Families Managing School Stress
With extensive school social work experience, I partner with parents and families to navigate IEPs, 504s, behavior plans, and the stress of daily school demands.
Young Adults Who Are Navigating Life Transitions
I empower young adults who are stepping into independence and feeling the weight of new responsibilities. Whether you’re adjusting to college life, beginning a career, managing relationships, or simply trying to figure out your path, therapy can help.
