Feeling stuck doesn’t mean you have to stay stuck.
Life transitions can feel overwhelming. Maybe you’re a high school junior or senior staring down grades, college applications, and expectations. Maybe you’ve finished school and aren’t sure what’s next.
Or maybe you’re a young professional who thought you’d “have it together” by now, but inside you feel anxious, drained, or completely unsure of your direction.
You’ve been comparing yourself to others and wondering why everyone else seems to be moving forward while you feel stuck. On the outside, you’re functioning. On the inside, you’re stressed, second-guessing yourself, and worried you’re falling behind.
You’re feeling the stress of navigating independence, building a career, and managing your responsibilities… and you’re left feeling paralyzed, hopeless, or simply exhausted.
What you want most is to feel calmer, more confident, and more clear about where you’re headed. You want to stop second-guessing yourself and instead trust that you have the tools and strategies to handle life’s challenges—whether that’s managing anxiety, coping with depression, or navigating the ups and downs of relationships, school, or work.
I CAN HELP.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience supporting young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity questions.
My approach is warm, supportive, and practical—I believe therapy should give you tools you can use both now and long after our sessions together.
I incorporate evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness practices, yoga-based movement, and breathing strategies. I also integrate self-care and customized “homework” so growth continues outside of session.
Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your strengths and goals. I see the therapeutic process as a journey, and I walk alongside you as you gain the skills and confidence to move forward.
I SUPPORT…
High School Juniors & Seniors
I help teens who are feeling the pressure of grades, activities, college applications, and “what comes next.” Together, we work on managing anxiety, perfectionism, and expectations (from self and others), building coping strategies, and creating healthier perspectives about success, failure, and the future.
Young Adults Navigating Transitions
I empower high school and college students, recent grads, and 20-somethings who are navigating independence, identity, relationships, and the pressure to “figure it all out.”
Adult Professionals
I support adults who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or off-track. You might be questioning your career choice, feeling stuck in a job that isn’t fulfilling, or trying to balance work, relationships, and your own well-being. Together, we work on managing stress and anxiety, setting boundaries, exploring values and goals, and creating a more sustainable, meaningful path forward.
You don’t have to do this alone. Call (860) 255-4017 today for a free 15-minute consultation, and together we’ll find the strategies and support your family needs to thrive.
